Package shipping

As a general rule, the packages are sent within 24-48 hours after receiving the payment, by means of the shipping method chosen by the customer, always with a tracking number that will be sent for verification and monitoring by the client, to your email, provided to our company at the time of registration. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

RETURNS / NON-CORRESPONDING PRODUCTS:

 If you wish to return a product, you must inform it within 7 business days of receipt.

 In any case, contact us by emailing compras@abjoyeros.es informing us of your reasons with your Order Number. Once your file is created, you will be contacted TO ASSIGN YOUR "RMA" NUMBER (Return) WITHOUT THIS NUMBER YOUR RETURN CAN NOT BE PROCESSED.

THE PRODUCT MUST CONTAIN ALL THE PARTS WITH WHICH YOU WERE DELIVERED, BOXES, MANUALS, PAPERS, ETC., WITHOUT MARKS OR WEAR OF ANY KIND WHICH YOU HAVE DELIVERED. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PACKAGING OR PROTECTION OF THE PRODUCTS TO SEND US.
